Our Tours - What to expect?

We will depart from Freixo Marina at the scheduled tour time. We will sail towards the "Foz," passing the eclectic "Ribeira" and "Cais de Gaia", admiring the six iconic bridges of the Douro River along the way. Enjoy relaxing moments with a glass of Port wine in hand, with plenty of time to take photos of the picturesque scenery. The tour concludes with our return to Freixo Marina.

Terms and Conditions

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us. Full payment is required at the time of the tour unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend booking at least 6 hours in advance of your desired departure time to ensure availability.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 12 hours of the tour or no-shows are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns or if the minimum occupancy requirement is not met. In such cases, you may choose between a rescheduled tour or a full refund.

4. Safety

All passengers must follow the safety instructions provided by our crew. We are not responsible for injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.

5. Accessibility and Facilities

Our boat is not wheelchair accessible.

There is no restroom onboard; however, restroom facilities are available within the marina premises.

Only service dogs are permitted on board, and only on Private Tours, with prior notice and confirmation.

6. Liability

We are not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the tour. Participation is at your own risk.

7. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, schedules, or vessels when necessary due to operational or safety reasons.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
